Furthermore, dealing with enquiries from the purchaser solicitors at what may already be a difficult time, can drag the process, and may involve navigating disputes or dealing with outstanding debts. These requirements can delay the sale, adding pressure to an already challenging time. Our team works with the family, the Buyers Solicitors and the Estate Agents to minimise the distress and ensure the process is streamlined as much as possible to allow you to move forward from the loss of a loved one.
In addition to probate conveyancing, we handle standard property sales and purchases that do not require a mortgage. Our fees for a straightforward freehold sale start at £950 plus VAT and disbursements, with more complex sales ranging from £1,500 to £1,800 plus VAT and disbursements. Leasehold sales begin at £1,200 plus VAT and disbursements, while leasehold purchases are priced from £1,500 to £1,800 plus VAT and disbursements.
